The Principal Data Architect will define the enterprise data architecture roadmap and lead the design of data platforms, including lake-house and Data Mesh strategies. They will oversee data integration patterns and ensure the organization's data is AI-ready to support machine learning applications.

Administer and optimize contact center technology platforms including Service Cloud Voice, AWS, and Calabrio. Analyze workforce and order management data to create forecasts and performance reports for leadership.

Manage corporate-level financial statements, daily cash flow, and treasury operations to optimize liquidity. Serve as the technical GAAP expert and primary accounting contact for international operations and consolidated reporting.

Design and implement frontend features for mobile and TV applications using React Native while collaborating with backend teams on Scala or Rust services. Maintain automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshoot technical issues across platforms.

This role involves implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion Order Management, focusing on Order to Cash and Sales Order Management functionality by developing integrations, extensions, and custom applications. The engineer will also be responsible for analyzing and resolving production issues while partnering with functional analysts to deliver technical solutions.
