DAILYREMOTE IS A JOB AGGREGATOR AND DIRECTORY ONLY. WE ARE NOT AN EMPLOYER, STAFFING AGENCY, RECRUITER, OR EMPLOYMENT SERVICE. WE DO NOT HIRE, INTERVIEW, VET, OR EMPLOY ANYONE. WE DO NOT MAKE OR INFLUENCE HIRING DECISIONS.

All job listings displayed on DailyRemote are sourced from third-party employers, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and company career pages. We do not verify, validate, or guarantee the legitimacy, accuracy, or authenticity of any job listing, employer, company, or opportunity displayed on our platform.

By using DailyRemote, you acknowledge and agree that Rapidr, Inc. bears no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, harm, or injury — including but not limited to financial loss, monetary damages, lost wages, identity theft, fraud, scams, emotional distress, or any other adverse outcome — arising from your use of this platform, your interaction with any third-party employer or entity discovered through this platform, or your reliance on any information displayed on this platform.

You use DailyRemote entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for independently verifying the legitimacy of any employer, job listing, or opportunity before sharing personal information, applying, or accepting employment.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use DailyRemote. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

DailyRemote is an online platform that aggregates and displays remote job opportunities. Our services include:

  • Job Listings: Browse remote job opportunities across multiple categories and locations.
  • Job Alerts: Receive email notifications about new jobs matching your preferences.
  • Premium Subscription: Access exclusive job listings, advanced filters, and enhanced features.
  • Resume Review Service: Professional resume review and feedback.
  • Digital Products: Downloadable resources including guides, templates, and educational materials.
  • Talent Profiles: Create a public professional profile to be discovered by employers through our talent directory.
  • Free Resources: Downloadable career resources including guides, templates, and checklists (email required).
  • Blog & Career Content: Remote work articles, interview advice, and salary data.
  • Saved Jobs: Save and organize job listings for later review.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Keep your password secure and confidential.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You may create an account using email/password or by signing in with Google. When using Google sign-in, we receive your name and email address from Google.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

Job Listings and Applications

DailyRemote is an aggregator and directory of remote job opportunities. We do not directly employ anyone or make hiring decisions. Please understand the following:

  • Job listings are sourced from third-party employers, job boards, and company career pages.
  • When you click "Apply" on a job listing, you will be redirected to an external website operated by the employer or a third-party job platform.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing.
  • Some jobs may not be fully remote or may require occasional on-site presence. Verify job details with the employer.
  • We are not responsible for the hiring practices, decisions, or communications of any employer.
  • Job listings are aggregated from multiple sources including employer career pages, applicant tracking systems, and third-party job data providers. Some job data may be enhanced using AI.

Any information you submit when applying for jobs is provided directly to the respective employer, and their privacy policies will govern that data.

Talent Profiles and Public Visibility

DailyRemote allows you to create a talent profile to showcase your skills and experience to potential employers. By creating a talent profile, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Talent profiles are publicly visible on the DailyRemote website and may appear in search engine results.
  • Profile data including your name, headline, skills, experience, location, and photo is displayed publicly.
  • Employers may browse and view talent profiles to discover candidates.
  • You can deactivate or delete your talent profile at any time.
  • DailyRemote is not responsible for how employers or other third parties use publicly visible profile information.

Third-Party Risks and User Responsibility

DailyRemote aggregates job listings from third-party sources. We do not verify the legitimacy of employers, job postings, or any claims made therein. You assume all risks associated with interacting with third parties discovered through our platform.

By using DailyRemote, you acknowledge and agree that Rapidr, Inc. shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or harm arising from:

6.1 Fraudulent Job Listings and Scams

  • Fake or fraudulent job postings, including but not limited to advance-fee scams, check fraud schemes, reshipping scams, or pyramid/multi-level marketing schemes disguised as employment.
  • Phishing attempts, social engineering, or any communications from purported employers designed to obtain your personal, financial, or sensitive information.
  • Any request for upfront payment, purchase of equipment, or transfer of funds as a condition of employment.

6.2 Identity Theft and Data Misuse

  • Identity theft, unauthorized use of your personal information, or any misuse of data you provide to third-party employers or websites.
  • Requests for sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, bank account details, passport copies, or government-issued identification during the early stages of an application process.

6.3 Employer Conduct and Employment Disputes

  • Non-payment of wages, breach of employment contracts, or any financial disputes with employers.
  • Misrepresentation of job duties, compensation, benefits, work schedule, or employment terms by employers.
  • Hostile work environments, harassment, discrimination, or any unlawful employment practices by third-party employers.
  • Sudden termination, layoffs, or any adverse employment actions taken by employers.

6.4 Misrepresented Opportunities

  • Jobs advertised as remote that require in-person attendance, relocation, or travel.
  • Inaccurate salary ranges, benefits packages, or compensation structures listed in job postings.
  • Jobs that do not exist, have already been filled, or are posted solely for data collection purposes.

6.5 Legal and Regulatory Issues

  • Immigration, visa, or work authorization issues arising from employment with third-party employers.
  • Tax obligations, misclassification as an independent contractor, or any tax-related disputes with employers.
  • Any illegal activities conducted by employers or requirements to participate in unlawful business practices.

Protect Yourself: Never pay money to get a job. Never send funds via wire transfer, cryptocurrency, or gift cards. Never provide bank account information, Social Security numbers, or copies of identification documents until you have verified the employer's legitimacy and received a formal, written offer. Research companies independently before sharing personal information.

AI and Automated Processing

We use automated tools and artificial intelligence to improve the quality and accuracy of our services:

  • Job listings may be enhanced using automated tools and AI to categorize, tag, infer salary ranges, and improve data quality.
  • Salary data displayed on the site is estimated using automated methods and may not reflect actual compensation.

Premium Subscriptions and Payments

DailyRemote offers premium subscription plans that provide access to additional features and exclusive job listings.

8.1 Billing and Payment

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
  • Lifetime subscriptions are charged as a one-time payment.

8.2 Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate.

8.3 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal or by contacting us. Refunds are available only as described in our Refund Policy.

Digital Products

We offer various digital products including resume review services, guides, and templates. By purchasing these products:

  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased content.
  • Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, except as required by law.

Email Marketing and Communications

By using DailyRemote, you acknowledge the following regarding our email communications:

  • By creating an account or downloading free resources, you may receive marketing emails about our products and services.
  • You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link included in each email.
  • Abandoned checkout reminders may be sent if you begin but do not complete a purchase.

Employer Services

Employers may post job listings on DailyRemote. By posting a job, employers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about the job opportunity.
  • Use a valid company email address (personal email domains are not permitted).
  • Ensure the position is a legitimate remote or hybrid work opportunity.
  • Not post discriminatory, fraudulent, or misleading job listings.

We reserve the right to remove any job listing at our sole discretion without notice or refund.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Site without written permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or harvest user information without consent.

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rapidr, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

"DailyRemote" and our logo are trademarks of Rapidr, Inc. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DAILYREMOTE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY JOB LISTING, EMPLOYER INFORMATION, SALARY DATA, COMPANY DATA, OR ANY OTHER CONTENT DISPLAYED ON THE SITE.

We expressly disclaim any and all warranties and representations regarding the following. We do not warrant that:

  • The Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • Any job listing is accurate, complete, current, legitimate, or still available.
  • You will obtain employment through the Site.
  • Any employer listed on the Site is legitimate, reputable, financially solvent, or operating lawfully.
  • Salary ranges, compensation data, or benefits information displayed on the Site are accurate or reflect actual offers.
  • Any AI-generated or AI-enhanced content, including inferred salary ranges, job categorizations, or data enrichments, is accurate or reliable.
  • Jobs advertised as "remote" are in fact fully remote, or that any details about a position (including location, schedule, or compensation) are as described.
  • Third-party websites, employer career pages, or application portals linked from the Site are safe, secure, or trustworthy.

14.1 No Employment Relationship

DailyRemote is not an employer, staffing agency, recruiter, headhunter, or employment service of any kind. No employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship exists between you and Rapidr, Inc. by virtue of your use of the Site. We do not participate in, mediate, or have any involvement in the hiring process between you and any third-party employer.

14.2 No Verification of Employers or Listings

We do not screen, vet, verify, endorse, or guarantee the legitimacy of any employer, recruiter, company, job posting, or opportunity displayed on the Site. The inclusion of a job listing or employer on DailyRemote does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or representation of any kind regarding the employer or the opportunity. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before applying to any job, sharing personal information, or entering into any agreement with any employer or third party.

14.3 No Responsibility for Hiring Outcomes

We have no control over and accept no responsibility for: any employer's hiring decisions, interview processes, or employment practices; the outcome of any job application submitted through links on our Site; any employment relationship, contract, or arrangement between you and any employer; the conduct, communications, or actions of any employer, recruiter, or third party before, during, or after the hiring process.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RAPIDR, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "DAILYREMOTE PARTIES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, FINANCIAL LOSS, MONETARY DAMAGES, PERSONAL INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Without limiting the foregoing, the DailyRemote Parties shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or harm arising from:

  • Any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal job listing, employer, or scheme encountered through the Site.
  • Any monetary loss, including but not limited to advance-fee fraud, wire transfer scams, cryptocurrency scams, gift card scams, equipment purchase scams, training fee scams, or any other financial scheme.
  • Identity theft, unauthorized use of personal information, data breaches at third-party employers, or any misuse of information you provide to third parties.
  • Non-payment of wages, unpaid work, breach of employment contracts, or any financial disputes with employers.
  • Wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, hostile work environments, or any other adverse employment experience.
  • Reliance on any information, content, salary data, or job details displayed on the Site, whether AI-generated or otherwise.
  • Any interactions, communications, negotiations, or transactions with third-party employers, recruiters, or entities discovered through the Site.
  • Any content, actions, omissions, or conduct of any third party on or in connection with the Site.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you have actually paid to Rapidr, Inc. in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

Assumption of Risk and Indemnification

16.1 Assumption of Risk

You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the Site and any interaction with third-party employers, recruiters, or entities discovered through the Site is at your sole and exclusive risk. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the Site, including but not limited to the risk of financial loss, fraud, scams, identity theft, data misuse, harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, unpaid wages, misrepresentation of job opportunities, and any other harm that may result from interacting with third parties.

16.2 Release of Claims

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the DailyRemote Parties from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site, any job listing, any interaction with a third-party employer, or any employment or engagement resulting from your use of the Site.

16.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the DailyRemote Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Site or services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or regulation; (d) your violation of any rights of any third party; (e) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Site; (f) any employment relationship, dispute, or interaction between you and any third-party employer; or (g) your negligence or willful misconduct.

16.4 Waiver of Class Action

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the DailyRemote Parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rapidr, Inc. regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
