The Senior Software Engineer will write, test, and maintain secure C# code for payment APIs and services. Responsibilities include defining project plans, mentoring junior engineers, and monitoring software performance to ensure scalability and security.

Act as the first point of contact for customers by handling inbound calls and emails to resolve inquiries and complaints. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and report potential fraudulent activity to the Fraud Department.
