The consultant will guide clients through the full lifecycle of SmartSuite solution delivery, from requirements discovery to implementation and adoption. They will also serve as a subject matter expert on GRC best practices while collaborating cross-functionally to drive platform improvements.
The Head of People will build and lead the people function, owning the full employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and career development. They will partner with executive leadership to design people strategies, manage HR operations, and foster a strong company culture as the business scales.
You will configure SmartSuite solutions and maintain demo environments to support sales and product presentations. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into practical, repeatable solution patterns.
