Act as a technical liaison for enterprise customers to manage IT project milestones, onboarding, and digital transformation initiatives. Responsible for configuring platform components and translating business requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams.

Design end-to-end solution architectures for products and initiatives, focusing on scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness. Lead the integration of AI and GenAI capabilities, including agentic workflows and AI-assisted development tools, into the engineering process.

You will lead revenue growth across the APAC region by developing go-to-market strategies and closing high-value enterprise opportunities. Additionally, you will build and coach a high-performing sales team while maintaining operational excellence through disciplined CRM usage.

The role involves serving as a subject matter expert on product safety and quality within consumer goods, providing guidance on integrity, risk mitigation, and compliance best practices across global supply chains. Additionally, the lead will shape the Center of Excellence focus areas and collaborate cross-functionally to integrate safety perspectives into broader sustainability and traceability initiatives.
