Own and improve end-to-end maintenance operations for the locker network across Spain and Portugal, ensuring interventions meet client SLAs. Manage field technicians and maintenance partners, analyze operational performance, handle client escalations, and support financial sustainability and cross-functional improvements.
The Customer Quality Engineer will monitor locker performance, analyze failure data, and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues. They will also lead continuous improvement initiatives and develop KPIs to optimize installation and maintenance processes.
