The Senior Product Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered loyalty and rewards solutions by bridging business needs with technical capabilities. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize requirements, managing the product roadmap, and monitoring KPIs to optimize product performance.

The Product Manager will translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and documentation. They will collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to support the delivery of AI-powered loyalty and rewards solutions.

Own the end-to-end UI/UX for the Pulse iD platform, including the maintenance of the Figma design system and creation of high-fidelity prototypes. Translate complex product capabilities into visual stories and short animated videos for marketing and sales channels.

You will lead and scale the merchant and strategic partner ecosystem in Japan by driving commercial growth through performance marketing and payment integrations. This involves personally managing senior relationships, executing go-to-market strategies, and delivering measurable revenue outcomes.
