Overview of Role:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in product management, business analysis, or product ownership within a technology-driven software product development environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing digital products and a strong understanding of working closely with engineering and technical teams throughout the product lifecycle.

The candidate should have the ability to take end-to-end ownership of product delivery, from defining requirements and prioritizing features to execution, delivery, and continuous improvement. Experience in domains such as FinTech, payments, credit card platforms, e-commerce platforms, or other technology-based products will be highly valued.

This role requires a proactive product leader who can bridge business needs and technical capabilities, drive product strategy, and successfully deliver scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product requirements, including functional, technical, and user experience aspects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform product roadmap decisions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and refine product requirements, ensuring clear documentation and communication throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to assess product performance and identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis roles within a technology-driven software product environment.
  • Proven experience managing complex digital products and platforms, involving multiple stakeholders, integrations, workflows, data flows, and technical dependencies.
  • Hands-on experience owning products within one or more of the following domains is highly preferred:
  1. FinTech platforms
  2. Digital banking solutions
  3. Payments platforms / payment gateways
  4. Credit card platforms
  5. Loyalty, rewards, and customer engagement platforms
  6. E-commerce marketplaces or transaction-based platforms
  7. AI-powered personalization, pricing, or analytics platforms
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams, architects, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders throughout the full product lifecycle - from discovery and requirements definition through delivery and continuous optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of product management practices, including roadmap planning, feature prioritisation, user story creation, backlog management, requirement elicitation, and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into clear technical requirements and actionable product solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions across technical and business teams.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully delivering scalable products or major product features used by customers, enterprises, or external partners.
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, data analytics, and recommendation / personalisation concepts is an advantage.
  • Must be a self-driven individual contributor who can independently own product responsibilities while collaborating effectively within a global cross-functional team.
