The Campaign Manager will own the end-to-end planning, execution, and performance analysis of marketing campaigns. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure campaigns are measurable, optimized, and aligned with company outcomes.

This role involves designing and operating the end-to-end agentic documentation pipeline, defining the necessary toolchain, and building prompt frameworks to generate initial content drafts from structured inputs. The lead will also set and enforce content standards across all product squads, acting as an adversarial reviewer for AI-generated content and owning the compliance language library.

This executive will define and execute the UK R&D roadmap, overseeing system architecture for scalability, security, and reliability while owning quarterly and annual engineering OKRs to ensure predictable release cycles and enterprise-grade SLAs. The role also involves building and scaling high-performing engineering teams, developing leadership, and ensuring alignment with data privacy and regulatory standards.

The Global VP of People will own and lead the global People strategy, aligning talent, culture, and organizational design with business objectives, while serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on all people-related matters. This role is responsible for building and scaling global People Operations across the entire employee lifecycle and driving a data-driven, AI-enabled People function.
