You will manage IT compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO, and GDPR while acting as the subject matter expert for security and privacy. Additionally, you will lead audit processes, develop internal policies, and communicate compliance strategies across the organization.
You will architect and maintain scalable, cloud-native infrastructure using Kubernetes and Terraform to ensure high availability and performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with developers to implement automated CI/CD pipelines and robust observability solutions.
You will serve as the primary technical authority for Tier 1 financial services accounts, managing complex integrations and long-term platform strategy. You will also lead incident response, perform architecture reviews, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks like SOC 2 and GDPR.
You will lead and grow the analytics team while remaining hands-on with data pipelines, queries, and analyses. Your mission is to build out the metric tree, drive ML quality evaluation, and create reporting dashboards to inform product and leadership decisions.
