You will design and build the runtime and platform for agentic systems, focusing on planning, tool calling, and state management. Additionally, you will develop production agents that integrate with enterprise data while implementing human-in-the-loop safeguards and evaluation harnesses.
The Senior Manager will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and ELT, driving the cadence of executive meetings and board-level reporting. They will also lead cross-functional strategic programs and implement an OKR system to ensure organizational alignment and execution.
Develop and configure STARLIMS software to meet customer requirements, including laboratory workflows, business rules, and system interfaces. Provide ongoing technical support, system upgrades, and training while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and project standards.
The SDR is responsible for rapidly responding to inbound leads and qualifying prospects to book high-quality meetings for Account Executives. This includes researching accounts, maintaining CRM records, and communicating the STARLIMS value proposition to technical buyers.
The role involves owning the architecture, design, and engineering of core STARLIMS software, including user-facing applications and data management logic. It also requires managing the full SDLC, providing system support, and mentoring junior team members.
