Lead the deployment and configuration of MODA software in GMP-regulated environments for QC Microbiology workflows. Provide technical support, conduct training, and manage the full implementation lifecycle for clients.

Design and optimize RAG pipelines and AI-powered features integrated into the STARLIMS platform. Build a VS Code-based development environment and backend services on AWS to support AI-assisted workflows.

You will own the marketing strategy, execution, and results for the STARLIMS portfolio, building and running the full demand engine. This includes managing paid and organic marketing, SEO, events, and lifecycle marketing to drive qualified lead volume and sales pipeline.
