The Sales Executive will drive sales by identifying and qualifying leads, converting employers to the individual market, and increasing Oscar enrollment through education on ICHRA benefits. This role involves being the initial contact for prospects like employers and brokers to generate interest and schedule meetings.
The physician will provide high-quality virtual care to patients, collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed. Responsibilities also include following up on patient diagnostics and participating in care team meetings.
You will perform frequent case reviews, check medical records, and speak with care providers regarding treatment as needed. You will make recommendations regarding the appropriateness of care for identified diagnoses based on research results for those conditions.
The Associate is responsible for leading Coordination of Benefits efforts within the claims and Payment Integrity space. This includes providing thought leadership for Payment Integrity processes and workflows, and identifying overpayments to support overall payment integrity.
