The specialist is responsible for contacting career transition program participants via call and email to activate their programs. They provide professional guidance, address queries, and encourage active participation in the coaching process.

The Ezra Coach will provide professional coaching services to clients, helping them achieve work-related performance goals and transition smoothly into new roles. They will utilize online platforms to coach participants and comply with administrative requirements.
