The Senior Solutions Engineer will lead technical strategy, discovery, and architecture discussions to demonstrate DataDome's security solutions to prospective customers. They will manage the entire technical sales motion, including proof-of-value exercises, security reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with internal product and engineering teams.
You will apply generative AI to threat research and fraud detection, including building a Gen AI stack in the cloud. You will also collaborate with other tech teams to develop and integrate AI-powered features into DataDome products.
Provide tier 2 and 3 support and collaborate with threat researchers to challenge and optimize the real-time detection engine. Analyze massive web traffic datasets to identify, block, and create automated scripts for detecting malicious traffic.
Lead the execution of ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance programs while managing the company's risk register and treatment plans. Automate GRC workflows and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure security controls are practical and effective.
The role focuses on strengthening the engineering-facing side of security across product, cloud, and AI-enabled workflows. Key duties include performing architecture reviews, implementing secure-by-design practices, and improving security tooling and remediation workflows.
Develop and maintain the client-side JavaScript Tag and server-side integration modules for edge platforms and various backend languages. Drive technical direction, mentor engineers, and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure high code quality and performance.
Challenge and improve bot detection mechanisms through red teaming and the creation of automation tools. Enhance client-side detection by implementing browser fingerprinting, JavaScript obfuscation, and SDK signal collection.
