The consultant will own day-to-day accounting operations, stabilize financial processes, and design a scalable controller operating model. They will also manage staff accountants, lead cleanup initiatives, and prepare for the transition to a permanent hire.

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of finance and accounting services to venture-backed startup clients, ensuring quality and strategic alignment. Lead the client delivery team and manage general accounting functions, including month-end close, financial modeling, and audit leadership.

The Controller manages all on-chain and off-chain accounting functions, including financial statement issuance and budget vs actual analysis. They are also responsible for managing accounting staff, implementing revenue recognition policies, and overseeing token accounting for Web3 clients.

This role manages and executes the firm's internal AI strategy, focusing on accelerating AI-enabled service delivery through end-to-end implementation, technical deployment, and developing a scalable AI enablement playbook. Key duties include designing and implementing internal AI knowledge systems, automating finance/accounting workflows, establishing data governance, and piloting AI-enabled services with anchor clients.

The Assistant Controller oversees end-to-end accounting for multiple Fintech clients, ensuring high-quality financial statements and analyses. This role includes managing accounting operations and mentoring staff across various financial functions.
