Design and develop sophisticated eLearning content and interactive simulations to support internal readiness and customer adoption. Manage the full content lifecycle, from collaborating with SMEs to implementing a sustainable content audit and refresh process.

You will design and deliver scenario-based training programs that bridge the gap between project implementation and customer success. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify training gaps and ensure users master complex SaaS workflows.

You will build a reliability practice from the ground up, establishing engineering standards and observability to support AI workloads. You will lead the evolution of infrastructure, manage incident response, and mentor engineering teams to transition from reactive firefighting to proactive reliability.
