The Senior HRBP will act as a strategic partner to GTM leadership, translating business strategy into people priorities and organizational design. They will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle and coach leaders to drive high performance and team effectiveness.

This role involves leading and overseeing global compliance programs such as ISO standards and SOC 2, while planning and executing risk-based IT and internal audits focusing on secure SDLC and cloud infrastructure. Additionally, the auditor will act as a strategic advisor, enhancing control maturity and managing audit findings end-to-end.
