Lead the post-sales onboarding and configuration of Documo products to ensure customers achieve their desired business outcomes. Partner with internal teams to drive product adoption and serve as a technical advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Manage the full sales cycle for the SMB segment, including researching opportunities, qualifying leads, and closing new business. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to drive lead conversion and achieve revenue targets.
