The Cyber Security Analyst will monitor client environments to detect, analyze, and mitigate external threats using SIEM tools. They are responsible for coordinating incident responses, documenting security alerts, and providing constructive security consultation to customers.

The Cloud Security Engineer is responsible for implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining security infrastructure, including SIEM, EDR, and cloud-based security tools. They will also manage client onboarding, perform security audits, and participate in an on-call rotation for security operations.

The Cloud Operations Engineer will manage and support client cloud and on-premise environments, including migrations and infrastructure deployments. They are responsible for implementing security solutions, maintaining system health, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project delivery within deadlines.

The Customer Success Manager acts as the single point of accountability for a portfolio of managed service customers, owning the relationship, retention, and overall customer experience. They are responsible for coordinating the execution of onboarding, technical projects, and business reviews while ensuring internal teams meet deadlines and standards.
