Sembi

Responsible for the administration, optimization, and support of the Atlassian Cloud environment, including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management. This includes executing platform initiatives such as site consolidations, implementing Atlassian Guard, and managing licensing and governance.

The role involves the day-to-day administration, optimization, and support of the Salesforce environment, focusing on Sales Cloud and HubSpot. Key duties include managing user security, building reports, and partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.

Lead and scale the global marketing organization to drive pipeline growth, brand awareness, and market expansion across the Sembi portfolio. Oversee the launch of Sembi IQ and establish the company as a leader in AI-powered software quality and SDLC governance.

The role involves monitoring and responding to security events across corporate and production environments while managing vulnerability and IAM practices. The engineer will also maintain security runbooks and partner with IT and Engineering teams to address security gaps.
