The specialist will act as a dedicated technical advisor and strategic partner for key customers, ensuring they maximize value from their FME investment through collaboration and proactive engagement. Key duties include designing product demonstrations, hosting regular business reviews, gathering customer feedback, and advocating for customer needs across internal teams.

The specialist will investigate and resolve highly complex technical issues, collaborating with Customer Experience and Development teams while advising customers on FME Flow architecture and deployment strategies for enterprise-level implementations. Responsibilities also include creating product improvement requests, developing technical documentation, and delivering training sessions to support customer growth.
