Design and scale backend services, APIs, and database schemas for an identity verification and account protection platform. Own the full production lifecycle, including security hardening, reliability, and performance optimization.

Own the infrastructure, reliability, and platform engineering to ensure the identity verification platform is scalable, secure, and highly available. Design and maintain cloud infrastructure, observability stacks, and CI/CD pipelines while supporting MLOps data pipelines.

Act as the first technical responder for escalated customer issues and debug complex integration problems. Collaborate with the engineering team to drive fixes into production and improve internal support tooling.
