The Regional Safety Manager is responsible for supervising site EHS teams and overseeing safety functions, incident prevention, and risk management across solar projects. They serve as the primary liaison between site teams, clients, and senior management to ensure compliance and promote a strong safety culture.

The Mechanical Procurement Coordinator implements procurement strategies to ensure material availability, reduce lead times, and decrease costs. This includes tracking fabrication, managing vessel shipments, and coordinating with suppliers and internal project teams.

Supports the execution of IRA Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship compliance at the project site level. Acts as the primary field liaison to ensure trade partners follow federal labor requirements and maintain audit-ready documentation.

The Tax Accountant coordinates with external CPA firms to prepare federal, state, and local tax returns while ensuring compliance with construction-related tax laws. They are also responsible for managing multi-state sales and use tax filings and advising management on tax implications for contracts and expenditures.
