Provide weekly consultation, training, and implementation support to MST-CAN programs to ensure high-quality, adherent treatment delivery. Lead orientation sessions, coordinate booster trainings, and engage in quality assurance and program improvement processes.
The MST Expert will train and consult with provider agencies and teams to ensure effective implementation of the Multisystemic Therapy model. They will also represent the organization as a subject matter expert and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
