Provide weekly consultation, training, and implementation support to MST-CAN teams to ensure model adherence and high-quality treatment delivery. Lead orientations, conduct quality assurance reviews, and serve as a resource for research-supported interventions for vulnerable youth and families.

Train and support MST provider agencies, supervisors, and clinicians to ensure effective model implementation. Deliver booster trainings, lead workshops, and serve as a subject matter expert for the organization.
