Lead the full implementation lifecycle for complex customer deployments, from discovery and solution design to go-live. Define implementation standards, mentor junior consultants, and serve as a functional authority to ensure high-quality delivery.

Own the Agentic SDLC framework roadmap to scale AI capabilities as a platform product across the entire company. Productize AI tools for non-technical teams and manage AI vendor strategy, governance, and internal enablement.

Act as the primary point of contact for technical support requests, troubleshooting software issues and documenting bugs via JIRA. Educate customers on product functionality and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve the platform.
