The Senior Project Manager will manage all aspects of highway project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships, while serving as a "seller/doer" to develop work with specific clients. This role involves leading and mentoring other Project Managers, preparing necessary project documentation, and ensuring quality control and compliance across multiple tracked projects.

The engineer will participate in developing preliminary design concepts, performing comparative cost analyses for electric distribution systems, and assisting in creating technical reports and specifications under senior guidance. Responsibilities also include identifying technical discrepancies and joining field assignments for hands-on experience in network assessment and planning.
