The Continuous Improvement Engineer will lead Lean and Six Sigma projects to drive process improvements and operational excellence. They will mentor teams, facilitate problem-solving sessions, and track program progress to deliver measurable results.

Manage capital projects from design to completion, ensuring they meet intended outcomes, budgets, and schedules. Perform engineering analysis of physical and chemical processes while coordinating with HSE departments to ensure safety compliance.

The intern will develop a sustainable reporting system to track global competitor products entering the North American market. This includes building dashboards, documenting methodologies, and providing data-informed insights to leadership.

Lead the Lean Six Sigma program by coaching teams and driving end-to-end improvement projects using DMAIC and Kaizen methodologies. Identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions to achieve annualized savings and operational performance gains.
