The Revenue Operations Manager will build and scale automated, AI-assisted systems to optimize the go-to-market engine and revenue funnel. Responsibilities include managing the core revenue tech stack, designing automated workflows, and providing data-driven reporting to support sales and marketing teams.
Role Summary
Birdeye is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to build and scale the systems, workflows, and data that power our go-to-market engine in an AI-first world. This is a role with ideally 5-7 years of experience. We’re looking for a hands-on operator who is comfortable identifying areas of opportunity and bringing solutions to life— someone who defaults to building automated, AI-assisted systems rather than maintaining manual processes and static reports. You'll work closely with go-to-market teams to remove friction across the revenue funnel and drive pipeline forward.
Key Responsibilities
Administer the core revenue tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Zoominfo, Clay, Demandbase, etc) to ensure data integrity, process consistency, and scalability across GTM teams.
Design and build automated workflows using tools such as Clay, Zapier, n8n, or Workato to eliminate manual processes across building and managing sales pipeline.
Leverage AI tools (Slack, Claude) to build Agents - lead/account scoring models, next-best-action workflows that improve pipeline growth, quality, and rep productivity.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for pipeline health, forecasting, funnel conversion, and quota attainment to support weekly forecast calls and QBR cadences.
Manage the lead-to-opportunity lifecycle — routing rules, SLAs, lead scoring, and handoffs between Marketing, SDR, and Account Executive teams.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to identify manual, repetitive processes and re-platform them as automated, AI-assisted systems.
Continuously audit and improve agent performance, data hygiene, deduplication, and governance across the CRM and adjacent GTM tools.
Document SOPs, playbooks, and system/process architecture for the revenue tech stack.
Evaluate, pilot, and roll out new AI and automation tools that give the go-to-market team a competitive edge
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM systems and analytics role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Hands-on administration experience with Salesforce and LLMs
Experience building or maintaining automations with tools such as Zapier, or similar middleware/iPaaS platforms.
Practical, everyday use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to build workflows, analyze data, or automate operational tasks.
Moderate understanding of the B2B sales funnel: lead lifecycle, pipeline stages, forecasting methodology, and quota/attainment metrics.
Comfortable working with SQL or spreadsheet-level data analysis to validate data quality and build reporting.
Strong project management skills with the ability to independently scope, build, and ship operational improvements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical systems work for non-technical stakeholders.
Based in the United States and able to work core U.S. business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, Gong Engage) and revenue intelligence tools (Gong Forecasting, Clari, Salesforce Revenue Intelligence).
Exposure to basic scripting or query languages (SQL, Python, or JavaScript) for building custom integrations or automations
Experience with lead routing/matching tools (LeanData, RingLead)
Prior experience in a "GTM Engineer" or hybrid RevOps/technical role.
Familiarity with data enrichment and intent tools (Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clearbit).
Work Schedule
This role requires overlap with core U.S. business hours to support real-time collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
