The HR Partner Coordinator supports the HR team by assisting with recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management processes. They also serve as a day-to-day resource for employees, maintain HRIS data, and support employee relations matters.

Provide training, technical assistance, and legal resources to Immigration Legal Services practitioners through webinars and written advisories. Answer complex legal questions regarding immigration law, ethics, and government policy for local offices and affiliates.

The National Director of Principal Gifts is responsible for securing transformational philanthropic investments from ultra-high-net-worth partners. This role involves managing donor relationships and collaborating with executive leadership to advance World Relief's mission.
