Own end-to-end revenue accounting and reporting across software, SaaS, and professional services in accordance with ASC 606. Manage monthly close processes, deferred revenue roll-forwards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors.

The Customer Success Manager will own the ongoing relationship with existing customers post-project launch, ensuring satisfaction and retention. They will identify new opportunities within customer organizations and collaborate on project management and planning.
