The Technical Product Manager will own the full product development lifecycle for guest-facing platforms and enterprise systems while managing vendor relationships and API integrations. The IT Executive ensures the seamless operation of hotel technology systems, including PMS, Wi-Fi, and IPTV, across front and back-of-house functions. The role involves maintaining IT infrastructure, coordinating with vendors, and supporting digital transformation initiatives to enhance guest experience.
