Identify and secure new enterprise accounts while expanding relationships within existing customers to grow revenue. Position Solace as a critical enabler for event-driven architecture and AI-driven infrastructure initiatives.

Responsible for the daily operations, health, and reliability of Solace Cloud across multi-cloud environments. This includes designing infrastructure tooling, managing production incidents, and resolving customer escalations.

Act as a trusted advisor to qualify opportunities and lead technical validations, including PoCs and PoVs, for event-driven and agentic AI platforms. Partner with Account Executives to drive deals to closure and evangelize the strategic value of Solace's technology to executive stakeholders.

The Sales Director will be responsible for establishing and cultivating client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the entire sales process from start to finish to achieve revenue and pipeline goals. This includes developing territory plans, negotiating complex deals, and ensuring strong client satisfaction at both working and executive levels.
