You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure software reliability by developing test scenarios, executing tests, and investigating defects. You will also leverage AI-assisted tools to refine testing workflows while adhering to strict data-handling and HIPAA guidelines.
Manage key customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, drive product adoption, and identify growth opportunities through upselling and renewals. Serve as the primary point of contact and product expert to help customers achieve their goals and maximize product value.
