The Clinical Project Manager leads clinical study operations, including strategic planning, budget oversight, and site management from inception to completion. They are responsible for managing and motivating the study team while ensuring compliance with GCP, regulatory requirements, and project-specific plans.

The Lead CRA provides leadership and oversight to the CRA and CTA teams to ensure the accurate and timely conduct of clinical trials. They serve as the primary liaison between study sites, internal staff, and clients while managing clinical monitoring plans and quality issues.

The Senior CRA is responsible for monitoring clinical trials to ensure they are conducted according to protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. This includes performing site visits, managing site personnel, and ensuring the integrity of clinical data and regulatory files.
