The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the visual storytelling and brand identity system across all digital and print touchpoints. Responsibilities include conceptualizing high-level visual systems for marketing launches and producing high-impact motion assets for paid and organic channels.

Design and implement cloud-based algorithms leveraging Wi-Fi standards to optimize network performance and Quality of Experience. Define monitoring methods, statistics, and dashboards to help service providers assess connection quality across their networks.

Serve as the primary technical and operational advisor for strategic ISP and Enterprise customers to drive platform adoption and successful deployments. Coordinate between customer technical teams and internal Product, Engineering, and Support organizations to resolve complex technical issues.

The role involves building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines, developing dbt models, and orchestrating workflows using Airflow. Additionally, the engineer will contribute to RAG pipelines, MLOps workflows, and clinical dashboard delivery while ensuring HIPAA-compliant data practices.
