Design, build, and operate a central AI services platform including model gateways, RAG-as-a-service, and observability tools. Partner with product engineering teams to onboard AI features and ensure high operational standards for production AI services.
The AI Architect will define the target-state AI architecture and lead the build of a central AI platform to consolidate and scale AI capabilities across all product lines. This role involves managing vendor relationships, establishing AI governance, and mentoring engineering teams on safe and efficient AI deployment.
