Movable Ink

The Account Executive is responsible for penetrating assigned accounts and building a strong pipeline of new logo opportunities across various verticals. They act as a trusted advisor to map Movable Ink solutions to client goals and collaborate with customer success to drive upsells and renewals.

The role involves improving infrastructure tooling and automation to minimize manual work and increase platform performance. You will build and support core applications while monitoring systems for capacity and troubleshooting issues to ensure service reliability.

The specialist will investigate and resolve complex customer issues while taking ownership of support requests from initial contact to resolution. They will also contribute to product quality by creating documentation, building internal tools, and providing feedback to engineering teams.

The Product Security Engineer will implement and maintain security testing tools and integrate security scanning into CI/CD pipelines. They will also triage vulnerability findings and work with engineering teams to drive remediation.

The Deal Desk Analyst will manage non-standard deals through the review process, ensuring compliance and quality assurance. They will collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to facilitate deal execution and provide insights on optimal deal structure.
