Accountable for establishing governance standards, managing executive client escalations, and aligning delivery with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.

The Manager oversees the preparation, validation, and submission of state price transparency reports while serving as a subject matter expert on regulatory requirements. They also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure data alignment across all jurisdictions.
