The Growth Product Manager manages product lifecycles and develops strategies to improve growth and profitability for individual segment dental insurance products. They collaborate with cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Legal, and Marketing to ensure the execution of compliant and operationally feasible product initiatives.

The manager will lead the engineering team responsible for platforms, data, analytics, and automation capabilities to identify and neutralize cyber threats. This role defines and executes the technology roadmap for scalable, resilient, and effective threat detection and response.

Identify and execute large-scale process improvement initiatives to support provider onboarding and experience. Drive systemwide issue resolution by partnering with enterprise leaders and acting as a trainer for functional teams.

Lead a team of consultants to partner with executives on talent, organization, and leadership decisions that enable enterprise strategy. Diagnose root causes and implement solutions to improve organizational readiness and business outcomes during transformational journeys.

Lead the evolution of intelligence-driven detection pipelines, incident response programs, and purple team initiatives. Act as an Incident Commander for complex security incidents and drive the overall security strategy.

Responsible for developing long- and short-term strategies to maximize value from high-profile labor accounts and achieve revenue goals. Manages the full lifecycle of renewals and upsells while balancing customer needs with organizational objectives.
