Provide real-time remote technical diagnostics and troubleshooting for RV coach systems to members and internal technicians. Facilitate service coordination for complex repairs and maintain detailed case records to ensure issue resolution.

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Workday Talent and Learning Management systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and optimize system performance.

Handle heavy inbound calls to document customer concerns and find effective resolutions. Responsible for logging accurate records of conversations and routing calls appropriately within the organization.
