  • Become a reliable owner of recurring account and commercial processes.

  • Keep customer and account workflows organised, accurate, and moving forward.

  • Help the team stay on top of renewals, follow-ups, and account opportunities.

  • Deliver accurate and timely support across multiple customer accounts.

You’ll also be expected to continuously:

  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows.

  • Take ownership of tasks from start to finish.

  • Work proactively and independently, rather than waiting for instructions.
