In this role, you will serve as a consultative sales partner who helps turn complex client needs into clear, effective growth strategies. This is an opportunity for someone who understands how modern sales conversations connect with AI search, answer engine optimization, SEO, marketing operations, and sales operations, and who can translate that knowledge into solutions that build trust and move deals forward.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle sales activities, from discovery through proposal development and deal support.
• Run discovery calls, analyze client needs, and help guide opportunities toward close.
• Build comprehensive, tailored proposals aligned to client goals and business challenges.
• Track opportunities and maintain accurate deal records in HubSpot.
• Build strong client relationships and provide consultative guidance throughout the sales process.
• Develop tailored strategies across AI search, answer engine optimization, SEO, marketing operations, and sales operations.

Requirements

• Completed Sandler sales training.
• College degree or higher.
• 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience.
• Experience working in a B2B marketing agency serving manufacturing clients.
• Experience leading discovery calls, presenting proposals, advising decision-makers, and managing consultative sales conversations with manufacturing clients.
• Proven experience presenting proposals to manufacturing clients and building comprehensive client-ready proposals.
• Strong knowledge of AI search, SEO, marketing operations, and sales operations.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hub for tracking opportunities and managing deal activity.
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace, Claude, and MCP.
• Business-fluent English for building client relationships.
• Reliable home internet with at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds, along with a quiet place to take video calls.
