As a key member of our business development department, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and ultimately closing deals to generate revenue. Responsibilities :
- Prospecting and Cold Calling : Utilize your extensive cold calling experience to identify and engage with potential clients. Research and identify target industries and companies, and initiate contact to introduce ZCS & Associates, Inc.' products and services.
- Client Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand their unique business needs, challenges, and goals, and position ZCS & Associates, Inc. as a valuable solution provider.
- New Client Acquisition : Leverage your expertise to convert leads into successful business partnerships. Drive the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Market Intelligence : Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to position ZCS & Associates, Inc. effectively and tailor your approach to meet the evolving needs of clients.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience. Provide insights and feedback to help refine products and services based on client feedback.
- Sales Strategy Development : Contribute to the formulation of effective sales strategies and initiatives to penetrate new markets and expand the company's client base.
- Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets using the company's CRM system.
