The Regional Medical Director will provide clinical oversight for interdisciplinary teams and manage patient escalations within an AI-augmented care platform. They will also serve as a clinical leader, facilitating education sessions and representing the organization to health plan partners.

The role involves architecting production-grade data pipelines to integrate clinical data from diverse EHR and payer systems using healthcare standards, while leading end-to-end integration efforts with various health partners. Additionally, the engineer will build and optimize cloud-native data infrastructure using modern orchestration tools and develop reusable frameworks to accelerate new data source onboarding.

The Paralegal will be responsible for managing Waymark’s corporate filings, monitoring licenses, maintaining records, and organizing legal documents and templates. They will also implement an agile legal intake process and assist in reviewing vendor contracts and conducting regulatory research.

The Director of MedEcon will lead financial performance measurement and forecasting for value-based contracts, serving as a technical expert to accurately forecast performance, understand cost trends, and communicate value to partners. Key duties include owning savings forecasts, building financial models for contract performance, leading contract reconciliations, and developing underwriting frameworks.

This role involves leading the FP&A and Accounting teams, defining strategic financial direction, and managing daily forecasting, budgeting, and accounting operations with significant autonomy. The VP will serve as the primary finance contact for leadership and investors, owning financial models and driving key decisions through rigorous analysis.
