Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines and Snowflake data warehouse models while migrating legacy systems to the cloud. Ensure data integrity, implement security policies for sensitive healthcare data, and mentor peers on engineering best practices.

The Director of Account Management will lead client relationships for self-insured employers, translating complex healthcare data analytics into actionable strategies. They will coordinate internal resources to ensure high-quality service delivery and drive client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and strategic guidance.
