Lead the design and evolution of scalable, secure, and intelligent insurance platforms using AI-assisted engineering practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into high-performing technical architectures and governance standards.
Build and maintain a digital-first, AI-assisted Experience Service Center including front-end portals, APIs, and back-office tooling. Develop integrations between generative AI platforms, Snowflake data layers, and core policy administration systems on AWS.
