The Customer Training Specialist designs and delivers live virtual and in-person training on the Reveleer platform, focusing on clinical coding, data retrieval, and analytics. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable training materials and refine content based on customer performance data.

The VP of Operations serves as the second-in-command to the GM, translating strategy into disciplined execution across people, processes, and delivery. They are responsible for managing the day-to-day operating rhythm, improving delivery efficiency, and coordinating cross-functional efforts between Product, Engineering, and Sales.

Manage the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, serving as the primary point of contact for the Prospective Risk solution. Coordinate with internal product and engineering teams to resolve customer issues and align platform output with client strategic goals.

Oversee risk adjustment coding projects and perform accurate medical record reviews to ensure documentation integrity. Lead training initiatives and manage a team of abstractors to meet quality and submission deadlines.

The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining reliable software within a defined problem space, focusing on strong execution and sound technical decision-making. This role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, designing and implementing features using established architectural patterns, and contributing to system reliability, performance, and security.

The role involves building end-to-end product experiences by applying a first-principle mindset to solve business needs and developing/scaling infrastructure for highly scalable, ML-driven systems. Responsibilities also include partnering with engineers and scientists to run experiments and resolving production issues through daily troubleshooting and analysis.

The Staff Engineer will drive the technical strategy and architectural decisions for the platform, focusing heavily on developing and maintaining data processing pipelines for Prospective Intelligence. This role also involves providing technical mentorship to engineering teams to foster excellence and continuous learning.
