The Partnerships Growth Lead will manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles for new state and local government agencies. This role involves building a scalable sales motion, designing procurement strategies, and fostering long-term partnerships to support the organization's mission.

The State Partnerships Manager builds and maintains strong relationships with state correctional leadership to deploy data-driven solutions that reduce prison populations. They are responsible for identifying partner needs, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of Recidiviz products.

The Data Analyst explores complex criminal justice datasets to find insights and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to design roadmaps and integrate data modeling into production software.

Build and maintain state data ingest pipelines by writing Python and SQL to normalize and validate criminal justice data. Manage state partner portfolios end-to-end, serving as the primary technical contact for data integration and scoping.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers while building systems for clarity and growth. Partner with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to define product strategy and drive organizational impact.
