You will own the architectural direction of the commercial analytics layer, defining canonical metrics and ensuring data quality across the GTM engine. Additionally, you will mentor analysts and partner with senior leadership to translate complex business problems into scalable, data-driven solutions.
Build and maintain end-to-end commercial analytics for acquisition, onboarding, growth, and retention, including models, funnels, dashboards, and reporting. Partner with commercial and product teams to analyze customer behavior, run rigorous experiments, improve metric consistency for BI and AI tools, and deliver insights that inform decisions.
You will be responsible for investigating complex financial transactions, handling AML alerts, and escalating suspicious activity reports. Additionally, you will present findings to the Risk Committee and contribute to internal financial crime prevention projects.
