Design and build scalable backend systems and orchestration frameworks to power real-time AI agents in enterprise environments. You will develop inference pipelines, manage agent memory, and implement evaluation frameworks to ensure reliability and performance.

The Implementation Manager will lead client onboarding and technical discovery sessions to ensure successful configuration of AI-powered customer support solutions. They will serve as the primary point of contact, managing multiple accounts while collaborating with internal teams to drive product adoption and identify growth opportunities.

You will own platform-level product positioning and end-to-end go-to-market strategy for product launches. Additionally, you will lead a team of product marketing managers and manage analyst relations to drive market influence.

The role involves owning the sales experience by building and managing relationships with key decision-makers at Fortune 1000 companies, including conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations. Responsibilities also include prospecting, designing presentations, developing business cases, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success.
